Meet Annabelle, a 1977 Argosy 24 foot ready to roll. Restored, updated, renovated trailer in excellent condition. This is a rare rear door sought after model. Renovation concept was to maintain original vintage integrity of the Argosy while updating for today s use.

Plumbing. complete all new PEX piping and faucets including water pump.

Electrical. added new circuit and solar system enhancements just plug in panels for off grid power, designed to maintain battery and operate DC refrigerator while off grid and in transit. New 12V battery. IntelliPower AC charging controller housed under bed, Bogart Engineering Battery Monitor shunted with mounted display in cabinet over stove, 120 watt flexible solar panel and MPPT solar charge controller with USB charge ports, new DC wiring for refrigerator, water pump, solar system and control panel. New electrical outlets with USB charge ports at bedside console. LED lighting throughout cabin and bath. LED lighting for exterior lights.

Includes working awning. Binder with all equipment, appliances, and modifications manuals; electrical diagrams, etc. including original owners manual of the trailer.

Refrigerator. new 5 cu ft Grape Solar AC DC

Air conditioning. original Coleman rooftop unit, cold air

Heating. Electric Oil Filled Radiator Space Heater replaces old propane unit

Water heater. new tankless water heater mounted controls in cabinet over stove

Upholstery. new high quality marine fabric with 4 inch dense pad mattresses and seating.

All New. vinyl wood plank flooring throughout, countertops, details, screens, radio, power tongue jack with manual override tool, TV, plumbing fixtures, gas system propane tanks, valves, tank cover , propane stovetop, built in microwave, toilet, curtains and window shades. Winterization valve added to water pump to make winterization fluid addition easy.

Included with purchase extra upholstery fabric marine , portable dehumidifier, original stove available if desired.

Everything has been checked by a certified RV Technician and is ready for use.
