We have the same AS a 2010 FB! We also admire all the changes you have done with your AS! Can you tell me where you got the cabinet work done and approximately the cost? We are quite interested in building a cabinet like that! Also, do you miss the storage where the microwave is now? We have the microwave/convection oven and have considered putting in a regular propane oven and separate microwave. Your modification is the best I have seen. We live in Oregon and do a lot of boondocking when I would appreciate the oven. We also put four solar panels 100 watts each on our roof and 4 gel batteries with a 100 watt inverter for going boondocking.
On the other hand, we go to Palm Springs for a month or two where we could use the microwave! Mrs Fish aka Nancy or cptfish's wife!
