    No, the anti-sway bar won't interfere with the hitch, it will be an integral part of your setup between the trailer A-frame and the receiver. When you see it it will all make sense.

    Do check online and with local hitch specialty shops. Consider buying online and having the hitch shop do your setup. The only difficulty is getting the ball at the correct height so that the trailer is perfectly level after WD is applied to the truck (the bolts on the receiver are BIG, requiring large wrenches and lots of torque).
