Hi Jon,
We were at Fall Alumalina last year (missed spring and will miss this fall due to conflicts but hope to make the next one) and attended the DO cooking session. We liked the simple bread recipe, which I thought was Gary's but he says it was you or Maggie. I know it wasn't Maggie, so that leaves you. We made it several times but have now lost the recipe. I know it was very simple (flour, sugar, beer, more?) but can't recall ingredients or proportions. If indeed it was yours, could you please send it to me?
