1975 Excella 500 what kind of wood veener I have?

In Italy I can not find this quality of veener which are built all the interior of my 1975 31 'Excella 500.
Can you tell what kind of wood laminated panel reproduces and where I can find the same in the U.S.? Thank you so much

my guess is Walnut, If you looking for just veneer there are plenty of online sites like this one.

I didn't think they used wood in 1975 Airstreams. It looks like an English Walnut flat sawn in picture. Or a Claro Walnut. But again did they use wood or plastic lam after 1971?

There were a couple of different colors that looks like the walnut one. A few years back Wilsonart had one that was pretty close, they called it chestnut something or another. I have not seen it available in quite a while.
