Some dents and scratches but looks good for 44 years old
No known leaks
We have used this camper every weekend during the summer for the past 3 years and just purchased a new one
New Tiger striped Bamboo floor
New Counter top
Newer Toilet
AC works
Stove and cooktop work
All water works with no leaks sinks, toilet & shower.
Holding tanks have NO issues
Hot water heater....Manual Light
Awning is in good shape
Battery back up and inverter work
All windows open and close with no leaks
Side Gaucho bed has been re-upholstered
Removed Front Gaucho bed and built fixed bed w/storage underneath
Does not have factory propane refrigerator.... we placed a nice retro plug in fridge with matching microwave
Believe the furnace needs thermocouple but never needed it being we only camp in the summer.
Needs 4 new tires...They hold air but have cracks
Some interior and exterior lights do not work
Attention:
Décor Not included in sale as I'm sure you would want to decorate with your own style
ie: Blankets, pillows, trinkets, coffee pot, pictures
