H/W heater, water pump, toilet, battery and inverter,like new 16" tires, currenly packed wheel bearings, spare tire, new shocks, new A/C thermostat and newly serviced, new front curbside window, new propane regulator, new custom made full (plus) mattress, new gaucho couch, new retro insulated curtains, and a new fuse box with updated fuses. Aunt Ginny was purchased last year, restored and we've been camping in her for the past 8 months. There's no furnace and she has a few body dings. Call for further information.
