All original with rare Airstream factory dinette upgrade, and custom one-piece stainless steel sink/counter-top combo. Everything like new and in working order, including awesome original industrial quality Armstrong Bay Breeze AC, as well as both - galley and cabin - vent fans. All appliances - Refer, stove/oven, water heater, and cabin heater are brand new Airstream quality or better units that have never been used. Excellent cosmetic condition throughout with only a few minor dings, dents, or scratches on the exterior skin.

Larger upgraded Worthington Aluminum propane tanks within an easily removable Airstream tank enclosure, and quick changeover tank monitor/gauge set.
Upgraded Aircraft quality custom TRIMARK entry door handle/lock and deadbolt combo with an additional - completely separate - custom remote deadbolt. This prevents unauthorized entry door access. Since breaking in would entail entering and exiting only through a window, questionable types will find this obstacle a critical deterrent.

Custom one-piece (extra large) brushed stainless steel sink and counter-top. Standard sinks were too small, and the Formica counter-tops would separate at the seams from their particle wood base.
Original bathroom sink, tub, and counter-top were completely re-gel coated and the entire room accurately restored. Providing bullet-proof functionality and beauty, solid Polyethylene paneling and door update the original Formica hanging locker, shower, and under sink cabinet. A brand new (and also unused) Dometic Sealand Fine China Marine Toilet perfectly compliments and finishes the room.
