-New 7 ply tires/bearings greased
-Weighs only 2770 lbs "full" - tow around with an ATV!
-Functioning tow lights/turn signals
-very solid frame, axle and hitch, jack works
-underbelly in great shape
-very nice exterior aluminum with one notable dent up front, see picture
-functioning 110v electrical
-functioning
12v system with new RV battery
-fiberglass interior end caps
-great wood cabinetry - last year for it I believe
-very solid floor throughout despite one soft spot from leaky window
-New LP tanks - needs regulator - haven't gotten to it...
-all holding tanks and fixtures in tact
Areas of concern:
-above mentioned soft spot in floor under side couch in battery compartment
-did notice one plexi-glass side window
-couple disconnected copper plumbing lines at hot water tank (original)
-needs overall cosmetic update (upholstery, flooring, etc)
-needs several window crank arms - available online
-have new refrigerator vent and rivets, needs installed
-fridge is shot, will need replaced
-delamination to countertop and veneer on base, cabinet is can be saved but counter should be replaced
