Overview Originally bought by Tom D. Rose (now deceased), in Ohio and spent 6 years of its life on the road; retired in 1977 to a campground at Marblehead Lakeshore, Ohio, on Lake Erie. Purchased from Bill Gowan by us in 2005 and sent to South Jersey RV for five-month refurbish; currently residing in San Angelo, Texas, waiting for its next adventure. Her name is Alice, to honor the element Al.....Aluminum
Exterior

Emblems repainted in 2007; new-style rock guard. New ZipDee awnings were added to curb side, road side and rear bath windows.
Interior

Floor redone in Marmoleum and carpet; sofas reupholstered; new fridge, toilet, water pump, heater and converter.
Customization
Although Alice has been refurbished, she is period-correct looking.

Rear bath floor replaced, due to rot; all copper water lines replaced with Pex; Univolt replaced with Iota DLS-45 converter. Original Bowman water heater replaced with Atwood DSI gas/110v. Original furnace replaced with NV-30.
