Anybody try some new camping recipes lately?

It was to cold to work on the airstream today so we watched cooking shows on the food network. I know people have posted recipes in the past, so I was wondering if there are some new recipes out there. Last time we went camping we made Giada De Laurentiis Trinadad chicken stew. The recipe is on the food network. It was a huge hit with the other folks we camped with. Very easy to make and nothing was left over.
