Step part drawing for PN 400005

Hoping someone can help. I have ordered PN 400005 from out of doorsmart and it doesn’t match the old part I have. On the new part, the holes on both sides are 1/2 in, on the old part the non counter sunk hole is 3/8 in which matches the bolt. I have asked airstream for drawings of the part and they have sent me 3 drawings, but all have been the wrong part going to call them directly on Monday, but hoping someone may have info on this part.
