Now that you have it nicely cleaned, there are a few things you can do:
Coat the cleaned item with a heavy coat of furniture wax or clear spray lacquer before re-installing.
Encourage/impose the: "Gentlemen, please be seated" policy among the males using the facilities.
Post the, "We aim to please. You aim too, please!" sign

Trust me, none of this will automatically revoke their "Man Cards," but will reduce the cleaning effort immensely!
Alternatively, assign them to do the cleaning...
