Storage in underground mine?

Someone mentioned this to me. Anyone in Pittsburg area use this?

It is an inactive limestone mine. Supposedly they have room for about 1800 cars, trailers, boats, etc. I was told they usually have about 1200 in there each winter. Interesting idea for a climate controlled storage area. They claim it to be constant temp and humidity (like most mines) and also rodent free.

A former coworker stored his prized LaSalle in a salt(!) mine near Kansas City.
