Toilet

I'm new to restoring campers I just discovered that my flange bolt on the bottom of my toilet is loose can wobble it around before I start on it can u replace the flange like u do in a house and what type of toilet should I look for to replace this one with because the bottom is also cracked in 2 place my camper is a 68 international land yacht thanks
