And on the left edge of your pic see the edge of a hose connection cap? Likely thats the connection for the black tank no-fuss flush. You connect a hose to it to flush the black tank. DO NOT connect and walk away from that one.
The white hose connection is for the fresh city water hose connection. It is also a pressure regulator to protect water system from excess high pressure. And occasionally marks your site with a drip drip leak as it ages.

Might want to create an Airstream folder in your computer and just start stockpiling the various manuals.
