carefree has fabs. plus many after market fabs, available just make sure they fit carefree, as for end caps I did not have any luck replacing them as it impossible to do. Carefree has new spring ass. w/cap on big dif. they go over end of arms instead of plug type av. in colors or mill finish If awning is from 1974 check springs maybe rusted ready to break
