Help ... "Foot Lbs of Torque" ??

Note: wife asking question for husband... so you may need to decipher my question below ...

His question:
How many 'foot lbs' of torque for the bolts to connect from axle to frame, if any?

It varies with bolt size/type. Here's a chart that explains it:

Thank you Steve...

Husband just walked in the house... the packages of bolts and nuts.. that we paid for,
do not fit.. they have a fine thread bolt and a thick thread nuts...or something like that.
We can't get a damn thing sentto us correctly or at prices we were quoted..
We have all the luck.

I would be a smart A#% and say; "just enough so they don't fall off" and then I would have to clean the bathrooms or make lunch and dinner. But "I" would still think it was funny.
