Question Replacement AC 1974 Overlander 27 ft

We are new owners of a largely original 1974 Overlander in pretty good shape. After purchasing, we took it to a local RV shop to have all the systems tested - including the AC. It appears that the fan is shot on the AC and they are recommending a replacement. I'm looking for suggestions. We are in Alabama and will be primarily camping in the southeast for the immediate future. Need recommendations for a new AC - so far it's looking like we need 15 BTU to keep up with our hot humid weather. The layout is a front gaucho and mid streetside gaucho so need to keep two different zones cool. Are also replacing the roof vents with the Maxx Air Fans in the front and rear. Any AC suggestions are appreciated but we'd like to stay with a single unit and 30 amp. We don't have a microwave and are fine not running other high draw appliances like the coffee maker at the same time as the AC. Thanks!

If it’s only the fan motor that’s bad, it can be replaced at a significant cost savings. If you do go for a new AC, us southerners really do need a 15k unit. Other than that, in my opinion it comes down to $$$ vs visual. Save some bucks for a big ole tall unit or spend more for a low profile one.
In the end, they all have dismal interior airflow flow, fans help a bunch.

Thanks for your reply. We would love to just replace the motor. The unit is an Advent AC 135. Can’t seem to find a replacemen motor and squirrel cage.
