Refer flue cleaning

1972 29 ft. Dometic Refer. I have done everything and isolated my gas cooling problem to a plugged flue or a missing baffel. Instead of removing the fridge, has anyone tried removing the AS vent cap from the top of the trailer and going down for a solution.

It is less than an hours work to undo gas line etc and pull the fridge into the kitchen. that's what I'd do if I was you. I did it to replace the cooling coils on the back. Not that bad a job. Then you can remove the chimney from the fridge and do a really good job.
