Wink '63 safari refer

original and it fires up real well. Cleaned it out a but and cleaned the flu but it just doesn't get cold.
Any suggestions because it looks like it working well but looks are nothing to a refer.

Mike,

There are many threads here on the forums on the "burping" process on these old refrigerators. That's when you turn them on their side, then upside down, etc. The cooling coil many have an ammonia leak. There are companies that rebuild the older cooling unit. I posted a service manual for old Dometic on this thread on post #10.

Also, it may take MANY hours to cool down.

I've seen modern fridges that were retrofitted with the old doors if it ends up un-repariable.

I don't know how old of a fridge they'd work on, but I got a '70's vintage rebuilt fridge from these guys.
