Redman Ironman in OKC
My best friend, my lovely wife just completed the 1/2 Ironman at the Readman Ironman Championship competition in Oklahoma City. She had been training for over a year for this. 70.3 miles of swimming, biking and running for the 1/2 Ironman. So very proud of her!!! 1075 competitors.

humor to relieve nerves on the swim
They had these "quips" all over the course
We camped at Rockwell RV Park just south of I40. Nice place with an indoor heated pool and spa. Clean, but "quiet hour" after 10 was not enforced...
