We just got back from Organ Pipe, met a couple of forum members with their nice coach. What a cool spot!

Organ Pipe National Monument is a popular stop for snowbirds making the Arizona circuit, many stay the full 14 day stay maximum permitted.

thanks for the top pic. nice to meet you, sorry i had to take off.
the weather is sunny 45 nite/ 75 day, not much wind. couple of 1-5 mile hikes + two great drives in the park. mountains ,canyons ,desert +cactus.
park seems to have 5% attendance, which is hard to believe. no showers/elec.
about 2.5 hours from tucson, roads are very good. only $6 with nat'l senior pass.
