Hi, un-level camp sights. For the most part, the spaces are pretty level so we just connect our water hose and shore power cord. Once in a while I need to use my tongue jack to level my trailer front to back. Just don't forget to raise your jack before driving off. Even more rare for us is being way off side to side. We don't need perfect so usually one block for each tire, on one side, is close enough. Again, don't drive off without your leveling blocks. We can go several days without using our sewer hose, so we don't connect it everytime. Also we never use our stabilizers for anything less than three nights.

Welcome to the forum, It's great to have you with us,
In answer to your question, there is no downside that I've observed to remain hooked up for an overnight stay.
A couple of reminders. I disconnect the electric from the TV as a precaution to make sure I don't drain the TV battery. And I use the tongue jack to level thus taking some pressure of the WD hitch.
All the best!

Same here. If I lower the jack to take pressure off the TV I usually put a wheel chock on the driver's side floor. That way I know not to drive off without first raising the jack.

If you’re going to use google maps or Waze while driving, invest in a phone mount that will place the phone as close to eye level as possible. Hands free is a must while solo navigating and you want to take your eyes off the road as little as possible. A BestBuy will have a bunch of mounts for you to check out to decide what will work in your TV.
I like Waze for navigating my chosen route because it shows the speed limit where you’re driving and your vehicles speed. I find that I’ll miss speed limit signs sometimes for whatever reason and discovering that I’ve just entered a slow speed zone is really helpful.
You’re going to like all you can do around Eureka.

I have found that since the Airstream is so low I need to worry very little about low underpasses etc.
If you like to move a lot while you are traveling, I recommend RoadTrippers app. If you like to go to places and sit for a while, then I recommend RVTripWizard.
