Check this site out!

I'm sitting on my laptop, desperately trying to keep it from dying completely, and I came across this link in my favorites....totally forgotten I had it, but it's pretty cool:

Atlas Mobile Home Museum

I don't even remember how I stumbled across it to begin with, but there are some neat pics..a few Airstreams too!

Some of the Real Thing

When I was working on my 76 ARGOSY at Port Bruce, Ken Hindley, the auto and truck restorer was 2 towns over at Union, Ontario.

John's family (he was 82) were the original owners of this 1947 Westwood Coranado, made in California.

Enjoy,

I must have missed something in the last post..
Last I knew The Atlas Mobile Home Museum was created by Jergen Eichermueller, who is considered by many to be the world's foremost expert on vintage trailers and mobile homes. He is a German national.
I don't think he's updated the site much in a couple years. Mainly he sells CD's with compilations of anything he may have in his archives on any given trailer model or brand. Really amazing. He has massive amounts of material archived in his collection. The stuff on the site is just the tip of the iceburg. I have seen people on other forums post pics of "mystery" trailers they have found and he is usually the one to identify them and back it up with documentation for a small fee. I have a couple of his CD's. One is specific to 1953 Spartans, since that's what I have. The other is a freebie he threw in with the order. I think there are over 1000 files between the two disks I have and he has many others. Only ten bucks and very well spent. Very neat guy and he get's the CD'a out via airmail the next day. You can find a sampling of some of his CD's on ebay or email him at Eichermueller@BauNetz.de
