runner plastic hardware

We are looking for the plastic end parts that the cabinet drawer runner connects into. Then the plastic piece is what connect to the wall. If you were to take the drawer out -- you can see them on the sides. Thanks,
Ricky

Welcome to the Forums Ricky. I looked in the Contacting Vendors section of Airstream's FAQs -- didn't see anything that jumped out at me. Maybe contact Customer Service if you get no better idea here. I could suggest a digital photo loaded into this thread -- maybe somebody will recognize the problem better.

Arrow Drawer hardware

Since capnric never got an answer to his post, I will share my Email reply to him with the forum. Maybe the moderator will want to post it elsewhere too.The slide system used by Airstream that you described was probably made by Delta Industries, formerly located in Los Angeles, now in Carson City Nevada. If you push up on the retaining latch on the bottom of the center slide and remove the drawer, most of the center white molded nylon pieces have their trade name and mold-marked on them. This is most likely the series 100 slide system as was used in my 95 Excella Classic.

Go to
http://www.deltaindustries.com/ and click on the left pull-down on drawer slides. Surf this section. Parts are available as a kit or the corner delta disc roller are available separately. I ordered my replacements directly from them some years back but I am told by others they still sell direct; 1-800-238-3323 Monday thru Thursday 7:30 thru 4:30 left coast time. Nice folks as I remember!

For the cabinet makers out there, I know these are not really fine cabinet quality, but compared to other RV's they are good. Some modifications to the existing cabinetry can improve durability a lot, but that has been well covered elsewhere by others with more woodworking experience than I.

Carry On All. I am getting ready for a month on the road, including a stop at Jackson Center!

Houck drawer hardware

Answering an old thread because I needed to find the information too. On my '99 Excella, the drawer glide/slide hardware is by Houck Industries in Indiana. Both of the Houck 051 Drawer Slide Rear Mounting Bracket and Boots were broken on the same drawer. These seem pretty flimsy, but it could be from incorrect usage. I guess nothing heavy should be there, haha. I ordered two sets.

Drawer Slides, 700R items in Houck store on eBay!

I had a picture to attach, but the page locks up. I'll try to add them in a seperate post, as I don't want to re-write this for a third time.
