New Streamer

Hi,
Thought I would post for the 1st time. I hope to travel around the country with my Bambi 19 and am enjoying the new lifestyle. I plan on seeing the country for a few years or until I find someplace to settle. Like many, I'm looking to leave California and find the," greener grass". I am getting ready to leave SoCal for the second time soon. Stopped in for a few truck repairs, etc.

I have already been thankful for the good advice in the forum. My friends have labeled my trailer, The Silver Twinkie. I hope to see everyone around the country. I'm a trailer newbie and can always use good advice.

PS: Where is the best place to find other Air Streamers during summer without previous reservations?

bobmarc, welcome to the forums - glad you found us! Be sure to post pictures of the beautiful country as you travel - those of us who are stuck in one spot (at least for now) love to live vicariously!

Welcome to the fold! There's a section on this website listing the upcoming Airstreamer events. That might be a starting point for you to hook up with other Streamers. There are always ten or twelve of them on there.

I like 19' Bambi's. You chose a really nice one. May it bring you much fun and happiness. I hope to see you on the road some time.
