Dealer recommendation for floor work?

We are in Florida heading west to Arizona and California. We have an '04 28' International and there is a soft spot in the floor at the front couch (divan?). I assume this is a floor issue that needs to be addressed along with some serious caulking to stop further water incursion. We want to call ahead and get a service reservation for the work. Any recommendations?
