1971 Overlander Floor replacement material

Hi all!
We finally ripped out our dining area for a redo, and took up all the carpet. Have some minor places to replace in the plywood under floor, doable, our main objective is to get it done and enjoy it!

My question is, what is a good durable flooring material, fairly easy to install. We camp on the beach, between spring and fall.

We are intrigued by Cork, the looks and the warmth of it to the touch, but concerned about sand, dragging things on it when packing, etc. Does anyone have experience with it?

Any other suggestions?
