74 argosy 24' a little different?

Hello all!

I bought a 74 argosy 24' travel trailer. I love it but moved and don't think I can keep it. There's something a little different about it that I can't find .... and believe me I've searched! I have the manual and its not even any of the floor plans in there. It has a dinette, not a couch/bed like others I've found AND it has 2 bunk beds that can fold down into couches. The floor plan in the book looks like mine for the 24' except the dinette in like the floor plan of the 22'

Everything is original...green shag and all. The curtains were pretty shredded so I started to replace them. I am the second owner and have never used it.
The outside is dented on 2 corners. Needs a paint job badly.

Does anyone know the value??? Does the difference mean anything?

I do have pics.....on my phone. Not on the computer I'm using.

Airstream did make some custom floor plans. Should not make a difference on the value. What works, what doesn't, what upgrades, outside and inside condition? Photos would help

I know that puke green shag carpeting. Hits you like a punch in the gut when you first see it. I would keep as a selling point if it is not in too bad shape, real retro.
