Fair Price for 2000 AS Landyacht

I'm looking at a very nice LY with about 71000 miles on it but the price seems high. The high NADA is 36400. but the seller is inflating the NADA by adding stuff that is standard equipment, for example, gen, jacks, electric steps, ladder, awning. His price is 41200.This makes it difficult to determine a fair price. I don't want to loose the LY, but I don't want to overpay. Why does NADA show a price stating gen, step, awning etc. is included, then show the same items as options. Opinions please. Thanks.

Perhaps these items were recently replaced or upgraded?

Market is market. Remember that NADA does not determine the price -- you do. What you're willing to pay is the price.

When the seller and buyer agree on a price, that is a fair price. All you can do is offer the owner what you are willing to pay. At that point the owner can say yes, no or make a counter offer. I agree with the above post, market is market.
