I made a prototype of a shade wall for my sport 16 today. If you have made tarp covers for picnic tables it is the same idea- leg poles -ridge pole - stakes- guy lines but using the roof molding on the utility side of the Sport. Slip a metal tube with some rope into this molding to anchor ridge pole with cut up pool noodles on ridge pole to protect Airstream. Using a Aluminet 12 x 14 shade tarp that allows wind to blow through. Not field tested and / or might not work on larger rigs but hopeful it will work for the 16 Sport. Note the two leg poles assist in keeping Shade cloth off (brushing) Airstream just pool noodles touch. Have had success (big winds) in similar configurations but never built off an Airstream. Some tweaking to do (more grommets in shade cloth tarp) - will update after some field tests

Did you intend to sit under this or just shade the trailer for better inside temperatures.
