Several good comments have been presented on the entire motion not being complete or accurate both in context and in the research. The reading of the proposed amendment and the "reasoning" behind it were comical IMHO.
Also, lots of applause for those against the motion.

Tip for recording streaming audio.
I use a Zen (by Creative labs) mp3 player/recorder to record anything that plays in my computer or radio. I has a line in jack so all you need is a compatible male-to-male jack to connect it to your computer's audio output. Also, you can record via FM as well (from radio broadcast). It records using MP3 format and can be found on e-bay for about 40$ (for a 1gig model). Hope this will help.

ok, computer illiterate here...
everytime I click on the click here on the WBCCI site, I get the same old recording of the fuel stipend.....
where is today's stream?

Thanks, but that is what I am doing. the only thing I get is a recorded feed from days ago...talking about the fuel stipend paid to region presidents.
Maybe my mac isn't compatible.
