fresh water tank
Our 2018 27' International has developed an issue with the fresh water tank. The tank is empty. when we try to fill, water pours out from below the trailer and up onto the floor inside. it appears that no water is making it to the tank. we have s service appointment in October and could use some guidance in describing the issue to the service department.

Your description covers it to me, sounds like a portion of the fill came loose and water is not being delivered to your fresh water tank. Are you able to trace any of the piping ? Good luck either way.
