Picking up the 28' W on Saturday

My wife and I have decided to get a 2004 28 Safari. I have been doing tons of lurking but wanted to ask fellow 04 Safari owners if there are any potential issues I should be aware of or questions (particular to the unit) that I should be asking. I'm buying the AS from a private party. Thanks!

Not really an issue, but I believe that model has a combination grey/black tank. We had a 2004 28' International and it had that setup. The tank is 70 gallons and never was a problem for us.

That's a nice layout, enjoy it!
