2017 Interstate Sliding Door
Just pulled into Santa Fe on a month long trip. The side sliding door appears to be off the guiding mechanism and is dragging along the bottom of the channel. It opens and closes with great difficulty. I contacted Mercedes in Santa Fe and they are booked for weeks and suggested Albuquerque wouldn’t be able work in an emergency repair. We plan on leaving the van in Dallas to try to get this and numerous other issues resolved.
In the meantime we plan on using the passenger door for most access to avoid further damage.
Anyone with a similar experience or advice?
