Anyone have any info or exp with.....

..this dealer?

http://www.ewaldauto.com/locations/airstream

Crazylev posted about this new dealer in Wisconsin a bit ago and I was wondering if anyone had any exp with them. Particularly with the Airstream segment of their business, but also in general...if anyone had any exp good or bad on how their general service was of the cars they worked on.

I am considering taking the trip out there at some point rather than go all the way to Jackson Center, but I am interested in how well they have taken care of both their non-Airstream customers as well as any Streamers that may have interacted with them so far.

Thanks!

I used to live close to their Chrysler dealership.

I purchased a used, but under manufacturers warranty car form them them. The sales guys made promises that were not delivered on, the service department was the biggest automotive scam I have seen.

Just got back

myself from the factory and my warranty list. I made a trip of it and went to the Hocking Hills area a few hours away. An area of parks with waterfalls and caves. The Hocking Hills region is home to 9 state parks, over 9000 acres of state forest land, part of the Wayne National Forest, and contains 4 nature preserves. There are some lovely inns and cottages, besides the campgrounds. Here's a link

The work took three days but we were quite comfortable with the full hookup each night in the terraport. It's the getting roused at 7 sharp that was the kicker!
