I have been recently been giving Karma for really great posts and the folks on the "I quit smoking thread" because -well - they need a little TLC.

I want to start my own very first thread ever. I think it is an extremely good idea for one. I cant find anything instructing me how to do this. Ive sent a couple of PM's asking people but havent had a reply yet.
So how do I start it up?

Well you go to the catagory you want then at the top of the topics there should be a post a new thread button. The system walks you through the rest I think.
