Fingers crossed, it's solved. I installed the (above) listed replacement dimmer and downgraded the fuse to 6.5 amp and the lights are on for the last 3 hrs.
Bad dimmer!!!

That is helpful. My issue does not appear to be poor ground or a short OR a bad fixture. For $40 I'm going to order a replacement dimmer so that I have one to test against and a potential fix.

Dropped all the lights. Did not find a short. ...

Dropped all the lights. Did not find a short. Traced the power leds from the dimmer and find nothing unusual.

Same issue here. I also replaced the fuse...

Same issue here. I also replaced the fuse however it popped. I'm going to begin removing LED fixtures and testing for a short.
