Seeking a Restoration specialist in DFW
I am in the middle of restoring a 1977 Ambasador and have reached a point that I need some professional help. I discovered some wood rot inside the back access door and some of the aluminum is loose on the under belly that I would like repaired. I want to paint the bathroom walls white and cover up the faded yellow color and restore the bathroom. The current shop I am working with has had my camper for eight months and it does not look promising to get my camper back anytime soon.
Could someone recommend an Airstream shop that can help. I am in the Dallas Fort Worth area and would be willing to haul it a few hours away if it meant getting things done.
I noticed this was an older post wanted to understand if anyone else has used this business? They are roughly 2.5 hours from my Mother's, I am not local so would go there for some needed repairs and wait while in the area for them to complete. Again anyone else use them can you post your experience? Much appreciated!
They are one of the premier Airstream renovators. Their online project portfolio is beautiful. Thereby in high demand and big budget. SWITZ uses them as his go to servicer and travels all the way from Arizona to go there.
I am one of the technicians there. We are very busy, and have a decent wait before work happens, but please call and schedule.
We try to get things done in a timely manner, but priority is getting it done "right".
Hittenstiehl, thank you for the kind words. Every trailer is a project, every project has it's challenges, and every challenge makes the finished product more rewarding.
