Sheets for banquette beds

We have a 2017 25' Flying Cloud FB. I use regular fitted sheets for the twin beds, but I am having trouble with the sheets for the banquette beds that my kids sleep on. They say that the flat sheets I have been using for their bed move around all night as do the cushions (sometimes my daughter wakes up on the wood of the banquette!). I would like to get some sort of mattress pad and some sort of fitted sheet, but I don't know if this is possible. We are heading out for a 3 + week trek soon, so any advice or tips would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

Same complaints from my kids initially.

Now I use a sleeping bag liner with a yoga mat inside. Easiest and smallest thing I could come up with. For blankets we use Kelly "Besty " blankets which are also compact.

Hope that helps!
