1975 Airstream Argosy 28 - Louisiana

Title: 1975 Airstream Argosy 28 - Louisiana
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

Hi, I'm selling my completely renovated Argosy 28ft rear bedroom model. No leaks, no rot, all the appliances work, and many are brand new. Full kitchen and bathroom. Separate living and bedroom areas. I don't want to think about the amount of time I've spent working on this trailer, but let's call it a ton! I'm a contractor and have gone over it top to bottom.

-New Dometic low profile rooftop 13,5k a/c
-New pex plumbing throughout and large electric water heater
-Full bathroom with sink, never-been-used toilet, and shower
-Full kitchen: new fridge, new butcher block countertop, vintage stove and oven, stainless steel sink
-Real oak hardwood floors throughout
-Orginal Airstream cabinetry, original Airstream fold out table
-All windows and roof vents operational, with screens
-New upholstery on the sofa
-New high end interior paint
-Dual panoramic wrap around windows in the front and back. Vista view skylights in the back
-Rear bedroom layout gives you a separate sleeping area, currently with a full size bed. Can be switched into two twin beds, or combined to fit a queen mattress or larger.
-No leaks, no rot. It's clean and move-in ready.
-I installed 4 new tires and repacked the bearings before an 800 mile roadtrip I took in September. The rig pulls like a dream.
-Approx. 3900lbs.
-Clean Louisiana title in my name. Current registration.

This is a park model, meaning it doesn't have holding tanks, i.e. it requires power (30 amp), water and sewer hookups to use all the appliances. The advantage is that the hot water heater and toilet work like a real house. It's good for a backyard oasis or for camping in RV parks.

This was my backyard guesthouse, but I'm about to move and no longer have a space to park it... otherwise I would never sell!

Located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Feel free to text or email me to see additional photos, as they limit how many I can post here. Thanks for looking.
