I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
We are selling this beautifully renovated vintage Airstream because we are in the process of relocating to New Zealand. My husband Bruno did the majority of the renovation himself (using experts when necessary). This is the second Airstream he has done (the first was a 1960). Bruno has a small company which does custom composite parts (mainly carbon fiber) for the nautical and aerospace industries and was trained as a woodworker in France. All systems are new, including new tanks, plumbing, subfloor, bamboo flooring, and electrical. Most of the furniture is custom made with high quality materials. There is a 100watt solar panel to enable energy independence and all lights are LED.
Large back bedroom with brand new mattress and custom built walnut cabinetry. Center kitchen with custom overhead cabinets, brand new 3 burner range, and brand new two-way Dometic refrigerator. Center bathroom boasts a custom-made carbon fiber sink, brand new toilet and a beautifully tiled shower. Forward lounge is perfect for entertaining, comfortably seating 8. Custom built center table drops down and forms a large bed.
