She is a 31 foot Excella 500 in good condition. We have put some work into her already to make her safe to tow and operate. She has brand new tires and all systems have been safety checked. This model has the rear bath and center twin beds.
Original refrigerator, oven, sink, stove, cabinets and bath are still intact. New toilet was installed a few years ago. Front couch has been removed. Zip Dee awnings all around in good condition.
