Sovereign and named her Catalina, as she loves California and the beach!
There are many upgrades and features that make her one of a kind, including custom bamboo counters and table top perfect for playing cards, to the beautiful blue glass tiles in the bathroom shower and floor, that repeats in the kitchen as a back splash. . She has a Brand new air conditioner that blows super cold air and also has an added dry feature that helps keep humidity and moisture down., We have a brand new flat screen smart Naxa I TV with DVD player that can be easily attached to an I pad and play netflix. A brand new Kenwood stereo system, mp3 and I pod compatible, with front and back speakers. New smoke detector and CO detector as well.
There is a new fridge, toilet, sink and sink fixtures, including a separate water filter system. New exterior and interior lighting throughout, all in beautiful brushed chrome finishes. New German locking devices for cabinets and drawers. The cabinets have been refaced and painted a pale blue sky to match the cool blue tiles on back splash. A custom constructed dinette with plenty of storage that folds down to a huge bed. Upholstered with Sunbrella fabric to resist mold and moisture in dove grey and are machine washable.
The floors are a gorgeous Acaia and the dark and light tones really make the space look huge against the bright white walls painted with high gloss epoxy marine topside paint. We have a new full size anti mold mattress, but room for a king, with plenty of storage beneath. The bathroom is the best! A center bathroom, with a seated shower, custom glass tiles on the wall with a rubberized grout to hold them in place during travel. Same tiling on floor and plenty of under sink storage.
Brand new furnace, hot water tank and new PEX plumbing throughout. New propane cylinders and upgraded LPG hookups. The original propane tanks have been re-certified and new valves to keep the airstream exterior vintage and classic. A mirror shiny polish and HofArc name plates are attached to exterior next to the vintage original plates.
The oven and stovetop are original and are in great condition and look gorgeous with all the stainless steel upgrades. A huge stainless sink and plenty of counter space for cooking make this space a pleasure to cook and entertain in. gFCI protected outlets installed and new switch and outlet covers throughout. New white roller blinds to keep cohesive brightness of white walls and allow the space to appear bigger. There are also five skylights throughout this beauty allowing a lot of natural light in.
Automatic hitch jack installed. New tires with less than 10k miles and brakes are operational. The skin is flawless and all windows are in proper working condition. New weather stripping and gaskets installed. Atop are also three brand new vent covers.
She is 2 axles, weighs appox 6000 lbs empty and we do not have children or pets, nor do we smoke, so she is super clean.
We are also throwing in all the furnishings such as decorative toss pillows, linens, dishes, towels, cookware, storage bench and four drawer dresser and much more. As much as we love her and hate to see her go, our military life is taking us to far places she cannot go. Plus we'd love to have a few dogs and maybe start a family :) we have great memories in Catalina and I'm sure she'll provide great memories for you as well.
