I looked into this unit when we are looking for our Airstream; this is the exact same ad from back in July. Wonder if it's been listed in the mean time.

Traded emails and additional pictures with owner but felt it was a)too large (we wanted 24' or less) and b) too pricey.

It looks nice, but I still think it's too much money for the trailer. We paid much less for our 24 and it was in great shape. Plus, I wanted the LP working for slight potential boondocking. (Even if we don't use it, a future owner might want the option.)
