Flying Cloud was owned by Wally Byam about zero regardless of the initials on the plaque. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Wally actually had his and Stellas full name painted on each trailer in big red letters, along with the locations to which they traveled. Such a simple plaque would not have been enough for Wally.
