Mike,

The Santa comes out automatically. He stands and opens the door and then deflates and the door closes and it keeps cycling that way over and over. I think there is some sort of a valve that opens and closes which inflates and deflates the santa causing the animation. We will be bringing this to Picacho for the Rally. It really is pretty cool and well made.

Well, it was not meant to be: did not score a RV Santa. Prices were reduced 75%, but there are none left in Georgia or Alabama. Still a great Christmas anyway.

Hi from Ga. . . we got the display unit from an Atlanta Lowes on the 15th for 1/2 price. Except for bulbs burning out,it's been fun. Anyone know if the 'Merry Christmas' banner across the top is supposed to be lit ? Mine's not. Happy Holidays and have SAFE New Year. We're off to Rose Parade today. Regards, Craig

Mine is in a box now in the attic. Beware, it rained 2 days before I took it down and boy do they hold water. Drain it and leaveit pjugged up to dry out before storing.

That decoration brought more joy to more people than any I've ever had! I had people slowing down in front of the house to watch Santy come out of the door. Then they'd laugh & drive off. Poor Santy...he's put away already too

mine is also put away for now. Like Shane said, i put mine up in the basement to let it dry. Will get it out for the Christmas in July.
My banner is not lit either. Wife said it was so I had to look inside to find out; boy was it cold in there.

We've had ours up and running for 3 weeks in Colorado. We've had bad winds, snow, and rain and it has held up Beautifully. Santa still is poking his head out and everyone gets quite a laugh out of it. I am impressed by how well made it is and that itnhas held up....

Sad that I have him down soon but it will be back up next year!

Dave, the Lowes here didn't have them. The original ones were bought in 2010. Let me know if you find it there. I ordered from nycnj on eBay. $179 plus 17 shipping.
