Battery issues
Friend of mine, Joe, has a recently-acquired 2015 FC 27FB. He bought it new from a dealer, but the batteries were dead on the lot. The dealer agreed to replace with new batteries...my friend is not sure if the dealer actually replaced the batteries with new ones, exchanged with used ones, or simply charged them up enough for Joe to accept the trailer.
Bottom line...he has been camping several times and has to stay at hook-ups locations because the batteries are dead....no dry camping. His truck will partially recharge the batteries while under tow, but they quickly lose their charge once camped.
He assured me he has turned off / disconnected all electrical devices / systems once he returns home and parks the trailer, but the batteries again drain. Assuming the dealer in fact gave him new batteries, any electrical gurus have any thoughts or suggestions as to my friend's problem?
