theVAP Episode 17: Weekend Warriors

This week theVAP talks with two ultimate Airstream enthusiasts. Meet our Weekend Warriors Uwe and Carlos. These two men are not restoration professionals. They go to their "day" jobs then come home and really go to work. These warriors battled with the aluminum and won! They have built their dream trailers and they tell us their stories!

First up meet Uwe. Uwe purchased a 1963 Overlander that barely made the 1200 mile tow home. Listen close as Uwe explains the transformation from barely towable to floating on air!

Next up is Carlos. An artist and contractor. Carlos put his artistic styling and construction talents to the ultimate test. The pictures show, this Weekend Warrior was up to the challenge. Listen as Carlos describes his vision to transform a vintage Airstream into a livable design studio!

Check it out at www.theVAP.com

We are running out of questions for the Pros. If you have a question or comment, but have not take the time to call it in, now is the time! The voice mail line is 206-202-4827.

Thanks for listening!
